The device can be mounted on the wall using the rear panel of screws. The manufacturer states on the packaging that the device operates quietly and has a low vibration level, but according to my feelings, it is VERY loud (I don’t know, maybe there are irrigators that work even louder!)

Conclusion: We have been using this device for 3 months now and we can say that we are satisfied. Cleans interdental spaces well. Cons: filtered water, noisy operation, one attachment for rinsing gum pockets turned out to be “flimsy” and broke.
